After years of traditional wedding
photography David explored ‘current’ trends and discovered
that much had changed since he first started photographing
weddings. Traditionally the preserve of the portrait photographer,
wedding photography had been invaded by the reportage approach of
the press photographers and the development of camera technology
and latterly moving on to digital, had significantly expanded the
possibilities of creative wedding photography. David went back to
basics and discovered from new, the potential enjoyment of
capturing and delivering a real reflection of a wonderful day to
be remembered forever.
press, public relations and commercial photography, David directed
his attention towards the wedding and portrait market and soon
discovered a growing demand for more general event photography. In
2007 he launched Oxford
Events Photography providing a mobile portrait and event photography
service which has been well received by many colleges and schools
in and around Oxford.
